GCE provided construction management services including inspections, site safety, and review of pay applications on behalf of the owner during the construction of a 47,000 square foot complex consisting of an aircraft storage hangar, a maintenance hangar, and an administration/operations building located on 8.5 acres. Site improvements included a 55,000-gallon fire water storage tank, all new covered parking areas, security fencing, lighting, landscaping, and an offsite access road with a new dedicated turn lane. Plans met strict Unified Facilities Criteria for onsite and offsite improvements.
