GCE's Principal Engineer was responsible for the design of approximately $20 million in water, sewer, and street infrastructure improvements to serve both commercial and residential properties. The work also included the design of a 600,000-gallon water storage tank designed to meet future water demands and to serve the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Facility. Design efforts included performing aerial surveying, master planning, subdivision design, water distribution system design, street lighting layout, and striping and signage plans.
