GCE completed the geotechnical study for the West Desert ELC 7300-1 All Weather Road Improvements (West Desert Road) project along the California border with Mexico, in the vicinity of Imperial Valley, CA. GCE evaluated the surface and underlying soil conditions along the proposed alignment and provide engineering recommendations for structurally efficient aggregate base surfaced roads, site grading, earthwork and other related activities.
